Construction Credit Services was founded in 2003 to provide material suppliers and contractors with knowledgeable, hands-on expertise in credit & collections management.

founder and president

Corey M. De Vito


Corey De Vito has spent over 25 years managing the credit and collections for a number of large steel and concrete suppliers in the construction industry.  Recognizing the growing need for a cost effective alternative to traditional credit departments, collection agencies & attorneys, Corey founded Construction Credit Services in 2003. 

A career credit professional in several different industries, Corey joined The Kaighn Company in 2001 as an Account Executive.  In 2004, he was named President as well as becoming a Principal in the firm.  In addition to setting the strategic direction for the company, Corey was involved with all aspects of the company including sales, marketing, new business development and client consulting.

Prior to joining The Kaighn Company, Corey held the position of Corporate Credit Manager for Eastern Concrete Materials (formerly Blue Circle Materials) for eight years.  With annual sales in excess of $800 million, Corey was responsible for all aspects of credit and accounts receivable management.  Before joining Blue Circle Materials, he served as Credit Manager for Campbell Foundry.
